What can be shared in an Adobe Connect meeting?

Answer

You can share your desktop, specific windows that are already open, or applications that are open.  If you want to share Powerpoint, JPEG, and Flash files, they are automatically converted by Adobe Connect for its use. If you want to show MS Word or Excel documents without opening their applications, install the FlashPaper application, which will add a menu item to your Office applications and allow documents to be exported for viewing and printing within Adobe Connect by converting them into Flash files.
