Question

How do I share something?

Answer

First, ensure that you are a presenter (or host) and have the Presenter Add-In for Adobe Connect installed. The Adobe Connect server will prompt you if you don’t have installed already and do it for you. It only needs to be installed once and it is best done by the system automatically.

Open a Share pod and select from your computer the application, window, or desktop you want to share. The item you are sharing will be displayed for everyone else in the meeting in the Share pod. You will probably want to maximize it so what you are sharing is legible in the meeting room.
