|The home screen shows "0.0.0.0" as the system's IP address.||The LAN cable is not connected.||Check the LAN cable connection to the LAN port on the system.|
|The people at the far site cannot hear you.||Your system's microphone is muted.||To unmute the system, press the Mute button on the remote control.|
|No audio at your site||The far site is muted.||Ask the far site to unmute the microphone.|
|The volume may be turned all the way down.||Turn the volume up using the remote control.|
