You can receive a refund when:

• An order or item is undelivered,
• The wrong item is delivered, or
• An order or item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns must be in unused, salable condition and made within 30 days of delivery. Study guides for the Department of Pesticide Regulation exams must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returns require a Return Authorization; contact us prior to initiating a return at anrcatalog@ucanr.edu  Returns made without a Return Authorization are subject to a fee of $10 per order plus $0.50 per item.

You will receive a refund to the credit card used for the purchase or credit against the purchase of another item. Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Study guides for the Department of Pesticide Regulation and Structural Pest Control Board exams have different return policies. Please review the return policies for test materials before requesting a return authorization.

Digital products, including paid PDF products and e-Pubs are not returnable.
