How do I obtain permission to reprint an excerpt from a publication or to use a photograph or line art from a publication?
For Photograph or Line Art Permissions:
Check the book to make sure the photograph or line art you wish to reproduce has not been credited to another source, either on the page, on the copyright page, or in a credit section of the publication. We can only authorize material for which we hold the copyright. For material copyrighted by another person or organization, you will need to secure permission directly from the cited source.
Start the permissions process by completing this intake form.
For Excerpt and Reprint Permissions:
For enquiries about classroom use or publishing excerpts from ANR publications, the first step is to complete this intake form.
On all requests, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Please be advised, however, that it may take up to four weeks to process your request.
