If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a print publication, you can return it in salable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns require a Return Authorization, so contact us prior to initiating a return at 800-994-8849 or anrcatalog@ucanr.edu

Digital products, including paid PDF products and e-Pubs are not returnable.

Study guides for the Department of Pesticide Regulation and Structural Pest Control Board exams have different return policies and require a return authorization. Please review the return policies for test materials before requesting a return authorization
