Because of abuse of our return policy on these materials, a special return policy applies to publications that are recommended study materials for Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) and Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) exams.

1. A return authorization is required. Please contact us at 1-800-994-8849 before shipping your item.
2. Materials must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be in new, undamaged,  saleable condition.
3. 40% of the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
