A special return policy applies to publications that are recommended study materials for Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) and Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) exams.

1. A return authorization is required. Please contact us at 1-800-994-8849 before shipping your item.
2. Materials must be returned within 14 days of purchase, and must be in new, unused, saleable condition.
3. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Shipping and handling charges, including return shipping, are not refundable.
4. Items returned without a return authorization are subject to a non-compliance fee of $10 per order and $0.50 per item.
